On the ground floor, there is an open-plan sitting room with a kitchen and dining area. There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms. The gallery floor has a double bedroom with a balcony. A patio with stunning views of the Ionian Sea is the ideal location for an al fresco dinner. Take a seat beneath the shade of the pine trees and relax in the evening as the sun sets (the property is a lovely retreat from the summer heat due to the surrounding trees and the sea breeze).

From the house, you can directly access one of the best sandy beaches in the area. Stroll down to Makris Yialos beach, which is long, sandy, and family-friendly. Spend hours sunbathing or swimming in the clear waters. Kefalonia's lively capital, Argostoli, is nearby, offering the chance to see the loggerhead turtles that call this island home.
