Located in a quiet cul de sac, just 400 meters off the buzzy Coral Bay Avenue it is a leisurely 5 minute walk from a plethora of shops, bars, taverns and restaurants. The villa is also a 20 minute walk from the coveted, blue flagged Coral Bay Beach.

The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in lots of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an impressive angle shaped roof with supporting wooden beams and the living area boasts a comfortable corner sofa. The big sliding doors open to a generous backyard and turquoise pool offering absolute privacy and the opportunity for comfortable al fresco dining or enjoying a cocktail on the cosy outdoor bar which includes a built in gas grill for barbecuing. The front of the villa includes an additional lounge area ideal for sunset drinks and overlooking the mature garden. All three bedrooms have ensuite facilities. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and comes with a double bed. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the second with two single beds, are on the first floor. The bedrooms on the first floor share a generous patio which offers both sea and mountain views, but also a fantastic view of the garden and pool area below.
